She holds a PhD from the University of Western Macedonia on the topic: “Communication behaviours, skills and strategies of the modern employment consultant – A case study of O.A.E.D.”. She graduated from the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a Master’s degree in Education Sciences: Semiotics and Communication. She has completed the four-year training program of Gestalt Psychotherapy as well as the three-year training program of Gestalt-(Coaching) in the workplace. She has participated as a speaker in International and European Gestalt Congresses and as a speaker in many lectures on Vocational guidance.


From 2000 to 2020 she worked at DYPA as a career counsellor and provided educational services in continuing training programs for unemployed people in Privates Schools. She was a coordinator in Vocational Guidance groups for adolescents, as well as in self-awareness groups. From 2005 to 2007 she worked as a Counselling Manager at the Development Company of Serres.
Today she works as Laboratory Teaching Staff at the Department of Sociology of the University of Crete and teaches the course “Vocational Counselling”. She is a certified Vocational Guidance Counsellor (A.M:A212-EOPPEP) and maintains a Vocational Guidance Office in Rethymno, Crete.
